I had a bad experience the last time I was there and I did not want to return because of it, but my wife convinced me to give Toyota another chance and I am glad I did. Mitch and Eric both took a lot of time to talk to myself and my wife about what we were looking for and what we needed. I feel that they both went above and beyond to do the best for us the customer and the dealership.
