Best safety feat After much research on which new car to buy, my husband and I came to the conclusion that the Toyota Camry Hybrid was the car for us. Best safety features, nicely designed and a hybrid that could average 52 miles a gallon convinced us to buy. Consumer Reports gave it a number 1 spot, along with countless other car reviews by reputable sources, as well. It turns out, many other people came to the same conclusion because it was hard to find the Camry Hybrid where we lived on Long Island, NY. After reaching out online for quotes from many dealers within a 200 mile radius, Team Toyota Princeton had the color we wanted and the best price. We met with Rob Moran at the dealership and the process was smooth, professional, and to the point. Nick Mess made the financial process quick and effortless.Thankfully, no pressure and no hassle. Before we knew it, we were the proud owners of our new blue Toyota Camry Hybrid! Rob showed us a lot of the awesome features to aquaint us with the car and then we were on our way back home. What should've been a 2 1/2 hour drive home, turned into a 5 hour bumper to bumper commute, due to rush hour, roadwork, and accidents, all along the way back. But the good news is, it barely took any gas! From a full tank, to still more than 3/4 full, after all that. Needless to say, we LOVE our new Toyota Camry Hybrid!! And we are grateful to Team Toyota Princeton for a great experience buying our new car! More

How to do call "Give you a rental??? with $35 rental fee? I had some brake issue with my Lexus. As the Lexus dealership was closed by the time I got off work on Friday in the afternoon, I went to the Toyota I had some brake issue with my Lexus. As the Lexus dealership was closed by the time I got off work on Friday in the afternoon, I went to the Toyota dealership to see if it is something they can fix quickly. The technician diagnosed the issue and promised to fix my issue by noon the next day. Service advisor, told me "I can give you a loaner" for the repair. The repair costs close to $500. and to my big shock, there was a $35 loaner fee!!!! How do you call "give" when you charge a customer $35 for the loaner??? I am simply stunned by the misleading/deceitful way that this dealership conducts its business. Fruthermore, the repair was NOT done as promised at noon but an hour and 20 minutes later. We could not return the loaner by 4 PM on Saturday as we had a trip scheduled several weeks in advance. I returned the loander at 7 AM on Monday morning! I got a letter in the mail for additional two more days of rental charge. Busines is earned through honesty and integrity! This is my last time at this dealership, Period!!! More

He certainly took the time to tell us all about a vehicle which he obviously felt was safe and reliable. He was enthusiastic and patient with all our questions. Melisa Hildago was of tremendous assistance to my wife. She took enough time to explain to my wife what our 2014 Prius would require to remain safe and road ready. People like Melisa and Vashali make a customer. feel acknowledged, respected and valued. Be sure to reward these women handsomely because they are the main reason why my wife and I continue to support your establishment.
