No management operational policy intengerty I was trying to purchase a used vehicle from out of state. Negotiated a price, gave debit card information for deposit. Someone “local” arrived to loo I was trying to purchase a used vehicle from out of state. Negotiated a price, gave debit card information for deposit. Someone “local” arrived to look at the same vehicle. Was told "management would allow this new customer an opportunity to match my deal". They sold the vehicle to the local person and did not honor my deposit. I had a positive experience with the salesperson involved, they apologized, but said it was a management decision. The operational policy of this Dealership has NO integrity! More
New car purchase 2018 Toyota Sienna Jon Fritz Lagua was great. He answered all my questions about the car, the rebates, and my trade in value. Vishala walks on water and doesnt get wet! Requested that a loose heat shield over the muffler be refastened to stop rattling. The service tech simply removed it and charged me $60. I was tol Requested that a loose heat shield over the muffler be refastened to stop rattling. The service tech simply removed it and charged me $60. I was told by the tech that it wasn’t necessary. I disagreed. Auto manufacturers don’t put anything into a car unless it’s necessary, required or purchased as an option. I insisted the heat shield be reattached. They had thrown it away claiming it was not usable so they put on a new one and charged half the cost of the new shield. Vishala was cool, calm and in control in resolving my problem and I applaud her initiative in making a decision based on service and not money. She agreed I should have been given the choice to have the part removed or replaced. More
