*Beware*Deceptive Selling Worst Customer service I leased a Toyota Rav4 LE based on the features explained to me to be present in the car. When I took the test drive the sales person never explain I leased a Toyota Rav4 LE based on the features explained to me to be present in the car. When I took the test drive the sales person never explained any features leave alone the demonstration of the safety features. I asked 3 times about the safety features present in the car. The sales person only verbally explained them without showing them on the actual car. However, based on the list of features presented to me, I made my decision on leasing the car. Next day I realized the car was not giving any blind spot warning. I called the salesman and he told me that he was busy and will call me back, but that never happened. I explored my self and came to realization that blind spot warning feature was not present in the car. Had I been told this beforehand I would have made a decision for another model or another brand of car. When I contacted the manager, I was told that nothing can be done. The customer service in this dealership is non-existent and as expected the management is the worst. Sure the attitude of the managers and the management reflects in every employee of this business. They are only interested in your money. Based on my experience I would strongly recommend to stay away from this dealership. More

Dan Marjarum made me feel confident they would be able to diagnose and repair the van quickly. While the van was in for service, Dan had his team check the van from the front bumper to the back bumper and assured me the van was in excellent condition . Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. Even the ladies at check out were super friendly. I will always own a Toyota because I don't want to leave the Team! Happy Holiday! More
