Horrible. Lied the whole way through the deal about virtually everything we discussed. From financing terms to Toyota vehicle options like the upgraded wheels which the sales person said was not availa virtually everything we discussed. From financing terms to Toyota vehicle options like the upgraded wheels which the sales person said was not available EVEN THOUGH it was a MFG option which absolutely WAS available. "Jessie" (sales person) didn't" even know that they are supplied by Toyota and put on at the dealer. and could not even manage to register the vehicle with my vanity plate. I had to do it myself at additional cost which the dealer should have paid for as part of the deal "Jessie" who just hung up the phone during a discussion about it. DO NOT buy a car from these people!! More

I've been coming to this dealership for over 20 years and have had a great experience. Last Thursday I realized that the new tires I had just purchased were wrong for a Prius as they had high rolling resist have had a great experience. Last Thursday I realized that the new tires I had just purchased were wrong for a Prius as they had high rolling resistance and were costing me milage, from at least 65mpg to 53 mpg.
