Some of the prices for service options are very high so I pick and choose what this dealership actually performs as sometimes I can get the work done elsewhere for 50% of their price. Overall I would recommend this dealership to others. More

Although I spent a bit more time than I would have liked waiting, that was due to the recall not any fault of the service department. For me this was a work truck and it was important I didn't have to take time away from the work that pays for the truck to go dealer to dealer. Since I was far from the dealer Eric and I were able to work out 99% of the deal over the phone and I got a price that better then the other two dealers I had visited in person without all the jerking around that normally comes with buying a new car. When it came time to pick up the car it was ready and waiting in the wash bay and as much of the paperwork that could be done ahead of time was. I came down on the train after work and in and out in 20 minutes with everything was as promised. More
