While I was there, I got spark plugs, transmission fluid, and differential fluid replaced. The last two tasks were initiated by me. Shannon did not try to up-sell me. The spark plugs were initiated by another person. When I declined, he did not try to up-sell. Afterwards, I changed my mind, since my truck was already there and was overdue for plugs.
