We're unsure of our plans yet, and so want to hand in our current car. I called twice, left a voicemail and sent an email to schedule a lease turn-in "appointment" (which I've never done before on any other makes... ), and no response. On my third call, when the "lease return manager" is out again, I finally ask to speak with any other manager, and I am told by that manager that only one individual (the "lease return manager") at the dealership can handle a lease return, and no one else. If he's not there, then you're out of luck. I was told I could stop by in the hopes that someone may be able to help me, but it could be a long wait. Not a great way to treat customers... They told me that I should call another dealership to handle the lease return... Very unhelpful manager, and unprofessional service. They love to sell you the car, but want nothing to do with you if you're turning it back in without getting another one the same day. Will not return to this dealership. I called Liberty Toyota and they said I didn't need an appointment to do a lease return. I guess I know where I'll look for a Toyota in the future. Shame on Team Toyota. More

I can’t say enough about how great they all were to my daughter and I and my grandson. From the selection to the negotiation process to the Finance office process every person we dealt with was pleasant enthusiastic to assist and just made the entire experience as A+ as it gets. Lucky Tran and his supervisor seem to take the position that they don’t have to explain their contract and what applies to your lease. After almost 5+hours and alone in a room with a man with nobody else it is a he said and doesn’t matter what you heard, think or were told🤔Is this your signature? Yes, but my tire was punctured by a nail and I never paid to replace a tire in the 23 years we leased Toyota vehicles! Oh and you don’t have a tire yet for the new 2019 RAV4 and I have to shell out money for what I have always been covered for? YES AND YES. 1 week later, still no tire and the financial supervisor Nick called me and said Compliance means Lucky went down a list and it doesn’t matter if you thought it applied to this vehicle lease. “We are not in the business of selling options” Lucky said”don’t you think I wanted to sell you these options so of course I went into detail about each, we make money if you opt in!” I guess they believe women alone will be bullied into anything. Brad knew I.wanted a specific color and features such as heated and cooled seats, so he messaged me as soon the car of my dreams became available. He picked out the perfect vehicle that surpassed my expectations and made purchasing the vehicle streamlined. Additionally, Brad personally had the car detailed and filled the tank with fuel before we picked up the vehicle last week. Our purchase timeline was a bit longer than anticipate since our existing vehicle (not a Toyota) was in the process of being repurchased by its manufacturer due to "lemon" issues. However, Brad did a great job of keeping in touch and updating us on all the vehicles available. He was great to work with, completely not the in your face type of salesperson. We finally ended up buying a 2019 RAV4 Hybrid. Brad and the other folks at Team Toyota were great at locating a vehicle that fit our exact specs. All in all, it was a great buying experience. Highly recommend Team Toyota and Brad. More
