He offered me a 3.99% APR on my 2020 Toyota RAV 4, when I told him that PNC bank offered me 2.98% interest rate. . He sent me an email agreeing to 2.99% as he wanted my business so he could get his commission, I then agreed to purchase my vehicle through him and did not check the fine print in the contract agreement as I based my trust on him which was absolutely my mistake and now find out have been charged a 3,99% APR. I called him up and he is denying that he offered me the rate of 2.99%. I went through my trail mail and found his email giving me this offer for 2.99%. I would advise any individual trying to purchase a car from this particular individual to be careful. More
I finally decided that it was time to trade in my RAV4. I met Alishia who clearly explained my options within the bounds of what I was interested in. She picked out the perfect choice for me. Brian Jackson makes buying a vehicle quick and painless. It helped that I had a good idea of what I wanted, but Brian took me around the lot and was able to find a match right away. I stopped in around 2:30pm on a Thursday and was all wrapped up by 3:45pm (Tim Benamara worked efficiently to move things along, too!) so I was able to drive off with exactly zero questions left unanswered. Not one thank you I have purchased and leased several cars in the Princeton area - Volvo, Mercedes, Acura and last and least Toyota. At the other 3 dealerships I fel I have purchased and leased several cars in the Princeton area - Volvo, Mercedes, Acura and last and least Toyota. At the other 3 dealerships I felt like a valued customer and every effort was made to make sure I was satisfied. At Toyota of Princeton, I was just a number. When I brought my car in for regular service, I was told the car was done. No one went through what was checked and what would need to be serviced soon. Just pay and sign here. When I was considering leasing another Toyota, I came in, drove the car I was interested in and asked about a price. I was told if I wasn't ready to purchase it, they could not give me a price. I had to come back into the dealership, to get a price and when I said I had to check with my husband, a manager came out and tried to strong arm me into purchasing the car asking me "did I really need my husband's permission?" and"this is such a great deal," "what can we do to have you drive this car away today," etc. When I said I need to think about it, the manager just walked away. No thanking me for my time, no nothing. He just turned his back on me and went to his office. Finally, when I turned my leased car in, I was told to sign some papers and I would be given a bill for anything they found wrong with the car. This has NEVER happened to me before. All other dealerships have had an allowance to fix minor dents and issues and they have never had reason to charge. They said they definitely would charge me for the cheap hubcaps that fell off the car. Additionally, I turned the car in with 4000- miles left in the lease. I signed the papers and again no one thanked me for my business. He just told me that I had gotten a great deal on my terms and no one gets the car for that price any more. He handed me back my papers and swiveled his chair back to face his computer. Not even a "have a nice day." More

I got a call from chuck and he said I had a severe oil leak. Chuck had no idea the car was just checked and I knew there were no oil leaks. I put my Fiance on the phone and laid into chuck for lying. Chuck quickly hung up the phone and 15 minutes later call my fiancé back to tell us the vehicle was ready Chuck tried to advantage of me because I was a woman. He lied and thought the world was past that! Never ever trust team Toyota they lie to you. More

Lived in the Princeton area all my life. I would never buy a car from these guys. Snakes. They will squeeze you and squeeze you until they have every last cent.
