I did ask about that before driving off the lot, however, the expiration date is yesterday I haven’t received a phone call or anything about coming in to pick up my plates so I message her and she calls me back with an attitude, denying the fact that she actually told me that herself or the dealership will call me about my plates and that she has nothing to do with it and that is my responsibility. Which is why I asked about my plates before driving off the lot last month so I am retracting my previous review because I wrote it when I lost my grandmother, so I was mourning and in grief and just wanted to not be harassed anymore. This is what this dealership does they prey on your weaknesses and only help you as long as you help them get a good review so that way they can get their little bonus. Beware of aftercare because there isn’t any with this dealership. More
Called and made an appointment to do a check of a used Toyota I am purchasing. Person over the phone was great and set an appointment for a 3rd party inspection prior to purchase. Quoted me a price of 159 Toyota I am purchasing. Person over the phone was great and set an appointment for a 3rd party inspection prior to purchase. Quoted me a price of 159.99 and told me it included doing a once over and checking all the batteries including the battery pack. Seller wasn't sure if they could make it so I had to cancel the appointment. Seller freed up and called the dealer and they told her to stop in anytime before 6 and they could do it. We both met at the service center and I told the service writer why and what I wanted. he was very confused and said they only do multipoint but it included the batteries. I told him I wanted to do a 3rd party inspection and code even give him my original confirmation code, he was confused and said they don’t do that. Asked who I talked to and you can look it up with the confirmation code. I got passed off to another writer and he scheduled the multipoint even though I told him the same thing as the original writer. I was very clear about why and what I wanted tested. After an hour he came back with results of the multipoint. I asked how the battery pack tested and he said that's not included. In order to do that it would be another 80 dollars. I was not pleased they didn't listen to what I originally told them I was trying to accomplish. But I was stuck and they knew it. So I agreed to pay the additional 80 for the battery test. I felt like either they didn't listen to me when I told them both what I wanted originally or were just looking to pad their January numbers and banged me for an extra service. Sad because this is the closest dealer and I would have been using them for future work, very short sighted. Another note of caution. They seem to charge a diagnostic fee for everything, even to open a trunk hatch to see if its working properly. Buyer beware of this place. More
Micheal Cohen was great to work with. I was able to my vehicle within 4 weeks and they stuck to all the agreed terms (0% over the msrp). Also, I was able to cancel extended warranty next I was able to my vehicle within 4 weeks and they stuck to all the agreed terms (0% over the msrp).
