It was the best car buying experience i ever had. I knew what i wanted and my sales person worked with me to get that . Th price was over $700 less than i quote i received locally. My wife wants a toyota for her next car and we are going to bob and lawrence toyota with hesitation when that time comes. She would like a hybrid but we she doesn't know which one. I know i will get a great deal at Lawrence Toyota. With the internet today you know going what the dealer pays for a car so you know if you a getting a good deal or not. I go a Great deal. More

Taking a friend's advice about widening my search, I called Lawrence Toyota and it was a different experience from the beginning. Unlike other dealerships, my first contact was with the manager(Chris) who answered all my questions about the car including pricing and interest rate. It's mind-boggling how he quoted me hundreds less than the best price I could find in my area and this car they had in inventory came with an added bonus - remote engine start - an additional option I wanted but didn't want to pay for! Interest rate was the lowest I found. When I got there to sign, there was no xx. The deal was executed as agreed over the phone(I usually walk out on dealers who deviate from original agreement). Stress was non-existent, since I knew I was getting the best deal and people here did not treat me as if I had a "sucker" written on my forehead. Their offer to drop the car off at my residence that same day was icing on the cake. Best experience ever. More

I have leased cars for years and this was by far one of the best experiences ever. Avery was our salesperson and he couldn't be more accomodating. Michele Gray was the finance person and explained everything and went through all the paperwork in record time. It's obvious that she knows her stuff! After the purchase was complete, Avery sat in the car and went over every single part of the car, right down to actually programming our bluetooths in to make it easier for us. In all my years, I've never had a salesperson spend that much time with me. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and the staff that I mentioned in this email. I recently visited Lawrence Toyota-Scion to purchase a Prius for my wife. Despite the numerous advanced features found in hybrid vehicles, the salesman Jim Oleary was able to explain everything in a way Prius for my wife. Despite the numerous advanced features found in hybrid vehicles, the salesman Jim Oleary was able to explain everything in a way we could understand, and was even able to field my son's more bizzare questions. Jim Orozco was very helpful in explaining the pricing of the vehicle to us, and we know we got a deal that was more than fair. Once a price was agreed upon Joel helped us with our final paperwork and did an excellent job explaining how the numerous service agreements and warranties would work for us. All told this was a terrific experience and Lawrence Toyota is definitely the first place I will consider when looking for my next vehicle. More

Let me begin by saying that I have had a six-year relationship with Lawrence Toyota and have never had an experience that was less than stellar. My most recent experience, purchasing a Corolla through their internet sales program (which is how I purchased my previous car from Lawrence Toyota), was no exception. From the start, the people I dealt with were courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Their internet sales program is precisely what it purports to be, a no-hassle, no-haggle price quote that is honored with no conditions or hidden 'extras.' The process was very smooth, and there was absolutely no sense of being rushed through in order to get to the next sale. I would recommend (and have recommended) Lawrence Toyota to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota. More
