My Toyota buying experience was excellent from the minute I walked into this dealership. I was greeted immediately by Leon Vasker (sales consultant), who actually spent time listening to all of my wants and I walked into this dealership. I found and purchased my first Toyota within few hours. Everyone I came in contact with that evening from the Sales Consultant and Finance Manger were extremely professional and took the time to listen to my wants and needs. I felt no pressure or intimidation from anyone. I actually felt as if I had met these people before. My delivery the next day went very smoothly and all of the equipment in my new Rav4 was demonstrated with much knowledge about the car that was sold to me. My entire buying experience at Lawrence Toyota-Scion was a pleasure and I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone who is interested in purchasing a Toyota!!!! More
I have purchased 8 Toyota's over the past 17 years. I have always had my cars serviced at Lawrence Toyota. My husband was a salesman at Lawrence Toyota until his untimely death in 2007. Since the death of my husband I experienced a period of financial hardship which resulted in three return checks to Toyota for service on my 2006 Rava 4 which has numerous problems and constantly runs out of oil. In each case I was called by Neil Farrell regarding my overdraft and I immediately went into the dealership and paid the check in cash as well as any fees incurred. On 3/17/11 I called Toyota to inquire about an oil change before taking a trip out of town and I was told that I could wait until because of the miles on my last oil change. While on my trip it was discovered that once again I was completely out of oil and I had to purchase two quarts. When I spoke to Neil he told me to bring the car in for an oil change and Toyota would take care of it. I did bring in the car and it was determined that I needed a lot more work done including a new battery (however I just purchased a new battery in May,2011). I dropped off my car on 3/31/11 for this additional service and I received a call from Neil about 4:30 p.m. informing me that my car was ready. I arrived at the service department and wrote a check for my car in the amount of $454.80. When I handed my check to the cashier she very rudely announced that 'they could not take my check'. I asked this applied to everyone and she replied "no, just yours". I am extremely upset, I have paid thousands of dollars to Lawrence Toyota over the years, I do not owe Lawrence Toyota any money and at the very least Lawrence Toyota should have notified me in advance that they would no longer except my personal checks. I have never been treated so unprofessional as to have a rude cashier announce to everyone in line to a 17 year plus customer cannot paid by check. I suppose I am the first customer to have an overdraft and there is not a procedures in place to address these issue. Therefore I have no choice but to rate this dealership at the bottom for professionalism. I spoke with numerous people regarding the device on this car and no one said that my checks were not acceptable. When I complained to Jack Donaldson the Manager, he mumbled a weak apology. I left the dealership and I was still experiencing trouble with my car idling. When I call Jack I was told by Tim to come back, I did come back and I was told by Doug to give the computer a night to reset and call tomorrow. I returned home and tried to take the key out and the key broke. I called Lawrence Toyota agin at 7:30 p.m. and I was told to come in tomorrow because they were closing at 8:00. However according to my recent receipt parts and service hours are Mon-Fri 7:30-9:00 p.m. Quality of work and Customer Service rated (1). More

After requesting for an online quote, he called me immediately and gave me a decent price. Other dealers came back a day late and made me jump through hoops to get a quote. I just bought a new Toyota Corolla and I absolutely love it. The service at Lawrence Toyota was above and beyond. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. We worked thru the internet sales for the first time. It was a great experience. We could do a reasonable amount of research prior to actually contacting the dealership. Once we did contact the dealership, we were connecedt with Leo Morales who was simply one of the nicest and easy going people we've ever dealt with. He was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions at the time and is still available for more questions. The dealership was equally good. They all make purchasing a car very nice from their general attitude towards customers to the extremely nice waiting area. Overall, we were very impressed and look forward to continued dealings with them in the future. More

This is the 3rd car purchased in my family in the last three years and the service at this dealership always take the time to go to Lawrence Toyota! I had a terrific experience with the leasing of my Toyota Camry. Ivan was our salesman and very knowledgeable about the Camry. I liked the fact that he walked me and my husband around the car to point out Camry. Ivan was our salesman and very knowledgeable about the Camry. We got a great deal and they made sure that any applicable rebates or refunds we were entitled to were given to us since we previously bought a Toyota from them. They answered all our questions thoroughly and even answered questions that we may have in the future. This service was 'the best' and all was done in a swift manner.
