I had been contacted by Don regarding new Rav4 options that were available since my Rav4 was a 2008. He explained what the finance incentives were and their impact on pricing for a 2011. He spent time with me reviewing and testing the new 2011 Rav4 and also the Highlander. He even had the patience to put two of the vehicle colors I was interested in side by side for review. Final decision was on the new Highlander and it was a great choice. He was very helpful and made sure the experience was great. Only comment I have is that the detail department could have done a little better job of prepping the vehicle, but then I'm extremely fussy about the care of my vehicles and just hate any water spots on the exterior and mud/dirt on the under carriage or wheel wells. Overall I was extremely pleased with the process and promptness of the service and experience. More

Glen was a wonderful salesman. He was friendly and knowledgable. He understood our needs and requirements from the beginning of our visit and did not waste our time trying to steer us into another di knowledgable. We did not feel pressured, overwhelmed, or frustrated when we were dealing with Glen, like we were at other dealerships. We have always liked Toyota in general for quality and price, but have not always had luck in finding a good salesman - now we have. I would definitely recommend Glen to family and friends. More
With the exception of the hard sell on the extended warranties, and services my experience was very good. Rob Moran the internet salesman made purchasing the vehicle from him a no brainer. His pricing was transparent and and complete, in other words, when I walked into the dealership I knew exactly what the amount of the check would be, including taxes, tags and prep. I can not say the same for finishing the purchase with the manager. I ending up buying a product I did not want just to get out his office. I later called and canceled the purchase but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. If I were to buy again, I would come in with the check written and insist on Rob completing the sale. More

My wife and I did much of the research online, so when we went in to the dealership to test-drive a 2011 Rav4, we knew exactly what we wanted (color, trim line & options). Pom Srey met us at the door and imm went in to the dealership to test-drive a 2011 Rav4, we knew exactly what we wanted (color, trim line & options). Pom Srey met us at the door and immediately built an easy rapport. He took us out to the lot and very quickly located the exact SUV we were looking for! After the test drive, Pom expertly answered all our questions and we were ready to move to a purchase. That's when everything came to a crawl. The whole process to get to a final number, appraise our trade-in, and move on to finance took way too long - about three hours. Once we made it to the finance dept, the experience turned very good again. The warranty programs and options were very clearly laid out, and the whole process was very quick. So, except for the middle part in which we had to deal with sales manager popping in and out, and the stalling tactics that went along with it, the total buying experience was good. More
Rob was great, he promised I wouldn't be shuffled around and I wasn't. When I got to the dealership none of the numbers had changed from the ones promised over the phone. We knew what car we wanted to buy and the dollar amount our monthly payement should reach up. There was then plenty of room for temper to flare up during the negotiations. Leon kept his cool though and tried to meet us half-way. We're very grateful. We've been doing business with Lawrence Toyota for about 20 years. This experience is so far one of our best. I sure will recommand friends to Leon Vakser. More
