I came in looking for information and hoping for a a car deal I could feel good about. I was given the information I needed and a car ride that helped me make a clear choice of the model I wanted. I knew the vehicle price points before I got to the dealership. Making a good deal for me took time and the give and take of negotiating was worth it. There was no pressure and I was treated with great respect by everyone. I drove home in a new Toyota Camry this afternoon. I highly recommend this dealership. More
Joe was great to do business with. He was very calm to work with and made the buying situation very easy. I liked being able to drive the car on the highway. We had also been to Honda and Ford the day be work with and made the buying situation very easy. I liked being able to drive the car on the highway. We had also been to Honda and Ford the day before and they just drove us around the block. Also the price was great in comparison to Honda and Ford. Money was a huge factor in which car we purchased and we were surprised to find such a great car at a better price then any other dealer offered. I am really happy with the car. I love the new shape of the 2011 compared to the 2005. It made it easy to buy the same car because we knew the quality would be the same or better however the style was something new and modern which made it feel like a truly knew car. Another point we loved was that we got money off based on services we had previously paid for at the Toyota service center. It showed you appreciated our business. Finally I am excited about the graduate program Joe told us about where after you graduate college and get a job you can get 1000 dollars rebate on your next lease. I am hoping that once this lease is up I will qualify for that discount program and hopefully lease another toyota. More

She has a great personality. She as well put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable when signing the paper work. No pressure which is what I expected. Overall I am very pleased with the service I got at Lawrence Toyota. I only drive Toyota and this is my 3rd car that I've brought from them. I would recommend anyone to purchase from them. Please thank them again for their niceness. Times are hard and tight for everyone and yet I was able to leave with a brand new 2011 Corolla because of IVAN and MARYBETH. Yippee!!! I purchased the last 4 vehicles from Bob Moran , and my daughter purchased her first Toyota a year and also get my cars serviced at this dealership. I thought Ivan Vaden was a very fine salesperson, friendly, helpful, reliable, attentive to my needs, and extremey courteous. Jim Orozco the Sales Manager initially gave me an extremely fair price on a new 2011 Corolla with my 2009 Corolla as a trade in, and when I found another Toyota dealership (Team in PA) that went $300 lower, Jim Orozco matched the price. So since they are closer to where I live and work, and I always bring my car into this dealership for service AND am happy with them, I chose to buy it from Lawrence. Everything was handled by everybody professionally and courteously. 2 years ago when I bought my 2009 Corolla, Lawrence could not give me a price that another Toyota dealership could. Interestingly enough, it was because Lawrence had a different Sales manager back then so I can understand why in the past people may not have been happy with this dealership for New Car/Trade-in purposes. Lawrence, however has ALWAYS had excellent service. I have been bringing my car into them for service since 2001, and many times things that went wrong were covered by the warrantee and I didn't even know it until they told me and charged me nothing. They shuttle me back and forth to work when I bring my car in and if I have to leave the car overnight they give me a loaner car for FREE! I would indeed recommend this dealership. More

His follow up by telephone was professional and nonintrusive and his email response to our conversation resulted in the purchase of a new corolla - exactly to my specification. My visit to the showroom was equally positive. The vehicle in question was waiting at the door for a test drive and the paperwork was handled efficiently. My follow up with Business Manager, Harry Gallo was also handled professional and efficiently. An overall excellent experience - so happy I left the comfort of my hometown dealership and ventured to a neighboring town! More

Then, they took me to the lot and showed me every Highlander and opened them so I could see the interiors. They offered me a test drive but I already did one before. They did explain the 24 month free service and showed me the service department. We then put together what I wanted in model and features, reviewed the cars again and I selected one. We finalized the price to our mutual satisfation and I purchased the car. In a brief time, they handled all the paperwork and I drove the car home. Both Jim and Mike were very knowledgable and helpful. In addition, they had very positive and friendly attitudes. I would definitely recommend the dealership to friends and members of my family. Everyone was very professional and couteous. I left as a fully satisfied customer driving the car that suited me perfectly. Please note that we put the car in my wife's name but the car is me. More
