We were searching for a low mileage Prius in the surrounding area and found several that we were interested in within 50 miles. Once a great deal was struck, Andrew B walked me through the entire finance deal, answering all my questions and I left the dealership feeling very confident about my purchase. After everything was said and done, sales manager Mike even came out to the parking lot to thank me for my business and let me know if there's anything I need to just give them a call. The used sales team really knows how to take care of business and treat their customers. Highly recommend them for a great buying experience! Even though I live over an hour away I'll gladly work with Lawrenceville Toyota for many years to come! More

The friendliest and most helpful dealership I have ever experienced. They seemed genuinely interested in making sure we got the car we wanted with no high pressure sales. I brought my used 2005 Scion tc in Sept 2011 from another Toyota dealer, the car came with a 3 year warranty and I got them to replace the battery at the time of purchase. Around Nov 2011 my car began to sta Toyota dealer, the car came with a 3 year warranty and I got them to replace the battery at the time of purchase. Around Nov 2011 my car began to stall and shake violently so I took it to Lawrence Toyota to find out what was wrong. I kid you not!.. I had just sat down in the service waiting area when they came out and told me that I need a 3rd brake light (which works fine to this day), spark plugs, timing chain (still fine), all new brakes, new tires, and a new battery because the one I had was testing as no good (the lady's exact words were "the battery is completely dead") which is funny because I drove my car there... yup, real dead. When I informed her that I just got that battery about 2 months ago from toyota and installed by toyota, she shrugged her shoulders and said "Well, this is just to start, we aren't sure if this is the problem or not." I refused the services asked for my car back only to be told that I'd have to pay a "service charge" = $60 for an hour of labor, for looking at my car for less than 5 minutes. What is the point of a warranty if you still have to pay to have your car inspected every time something is wrong? I was so upset. I took my car to Mr. Tire in Langhorne, Pa. A service guy came outside started my car, and said "you should try upgrading your fuel to plus instead of regular"... I wasnt charged for his time. I did take his advice and havent had my car stall or shake since. More
We purchased our Sienna here and were so disappointed in the lack of professionalism on the financial end of the transaction. A couple of weeks after we bought the car, they attempted to charge us extra for some additional "registration fee." And for some ridiculous reason, it took the dealership 3 hours to get us out the door with the car, when it was specd and ready to go when we got there, as we had committed the night before and had already put a deposit down. All in all, a disappointing experience. Wont shop here again. More
