We (our whole family) can't express how much we really appreciate the service that we got from Sales person Brian Jackson at Team Toyota of Princeton. We were empressed by his patience, we really appreciate for that. It was around 8pm, and we were almost done to close the deal, just needed to go over with Finance Manager, right before that my daughter saw another car in the lot with Red tag and she requested me if we can have a test drive, me and my daughter were hesitated to request Brian for it because we were about to close the deal, but finally we requested for the test drive and he accepted our request, it was really hard to take out from the lot but he and his manager managed to took out from the lot for us to test, finally we ended up with the second car we tested. Now, we would like to mention couple of things about Brian, he was very courteous, he suggested us to wait and let my daughter to join us since she was getting her coffee before he presents to us whether our price was accepted or not, which tells us that he is a family oriented person, he was very patient, he also asked me if I have reward points from Team Toyota which I completely forgot, that saved us another $238, finally, I can say he did an outstanding job, and I can say, he appeared like an angel to me. We wish his every success and get his talent properly evaluated. More

I went in really didn't know what I wanted especially since I have bought a car since 1998. Abe my salesman really helped me a lot. He showed me different car until we landed on the 2014 camry SE . I feel in love with that car. I even bought the 4 cylinder one and I'm a big fan of the 6 cylinder engines. However I was really impress with the power the 4 cylinder one had. It was really a great experience and I that every one in team toyota of Princeton and I really have to that Abe especially for the wonderful experience he gave me. More
Dishonest sales person I went to this dealer to lease a new Toyota Camry 2014 and trade in my old car, this sales person use his every dirty tricks to hide the cost, when I I went to this dealer to lease a new Toyota Camry 2014 and trade in my old car, this sales person use his every dirty tricks to hide the cost, when I ask him to show me the detail cost break down, he went to the back office and wrote down some numbers to fool me to sign the contract. I really regret that I didn't walk out at that moment, Now I stuck with a lease paying double as much as I should pay, this sales person told me that my old car worth $5000, when I dig into my contract when I got home, I realized that he only gave me $3000. This dealership steals $2000 from me. Never go to this dealer! More

Sales team (Frank and Don) were absolutely charming, answered all of my questions and worked diligently to get me the exact Sienna I wanted. Purchase process was a bit lengthy but they used the down time to take me to the car and show me all of the features and how to operate the same. Pricing was as fair as I could ask, and Tom in Finance made the usually tedious process of paperwork somewhat seamless and efficient. Although the optional warranties for purchase were discussed, it was a one or two sentence blurb per warranty, a quick piece of advice, then I made my selection without further ado. Absolutely love the gentlemen I worked with, and Frank and Don kept me entertained and feeling quite confident that I was getting the best deal out there. Never felt pressured, intimidated nor questioned their integrity. Fabulous experience and I will not only recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota, but will myself make the trip back to TeamPrinceton without a second thought. More
Great experience, excellent car delivery I had a great experience working in buying two cars (camry in 2013 and sienna in 2014). Mike was extremely fair in negotiating with me and I never felt pressure to buy. The final price was exactly as negotiated and the sales manager was great in going through the details. The car was fully detailed and Mike carefully went over the features before I drove away. Sounds like a minor detail that all dealers should follow, but I have bought cars in the past where the sales person pretty much was done once the paper work was signed. Finally, the trade was very easy and they carefully made sure I got all of the stuff out of my old car. More

Let me tell you why: From the time i reached out going back to our first conversation over the phone and email, he provided me details of the vehicle, trim that i was looking to buy. No gimmicks, no tricks. He was straight forward. Number one reason for me to go further since our initial interaction was genuine. He is courteous, considerate, knowledgeable and provided me all the information even before i met him in person. Although i had test driven the car earlier when i stopped by the dealership, Roger walked me through every bit of the car features without me having to ask. This is something i welcomed since my two previous visits to two other dealerships were nowhere close. If at any point i had a question and if he did not have the answer right away(which was seldom) he found out and got back to me, promptly. Although i had my financing option ready, Roger, Fred, Marybeth put the alternate options in front of me to pick and choose without being pushy. Another plus. Even after i had driven out with my vehicle when i reached out to Roger with questions ive had from time to time he's been very good about it. I must say the service provided by Roger and his team has been beyond expectations. When i started my car search team toyota was not even on my list. However, after the experience ive had dealing with team toyota i would highly recommend this place to anyone who may be looking. This was the third dealership i had visited during my search and i can tell you they clearly outperformed hence my decision to drive out with my new car from here. Special kudos to the sales rep, Brian Jackson, who stayed over an hour past his quitting time to make certain that everything was in order. Talk about a "Client-Come-First" attitude and philosophy. Also, Tim Benamara was great in working with me to get to a mutually agreeable price. Finally, Mike Higgins was excellent in his speedy preparation of all of the paperwork. I had previously purchased my Sienna from Lawrenceville Toyota and was pleased with the service I received. When researching the Tacoma, I started with dealers in my area, but I could not find the features (nor the responsiveness from a salesperson) that I was looking for, locally. I then expanded my search area and found what I wanted at Team Toyota. My salesman, Rob Moran was very friendly and responsive. He is also very knowledgeable on the truck I was interested in. He worked with me until we found the leasing option that worked best for me. I am very happy with my new Tacoma and highly recommend Rob and Team Toyota of Princeton to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. More
