I would say that Hiram Vasquez was really very helpful and did everything he can to give us the best deal. We actually came in the morning and had to step out to pick up our daughter from dance class. We were debating on whether or not to come back. But since Hiram was very nice and had such a pleasant demeanor, we decided to return to dealership and work with him. Even though the entire process took almost a whole day, it was certainly worth it in the end. I am very happy with my Corolla. Thank you so much, Hiram! You're the best! More

lens cover replaced I bought a 2012 sienna off lease in may of 2015. The left rear lens was cracked and the sales dept. agreed to replace it free of charge. The part wa I bought a 2012 sienna off lease in may of 2015. The left rear lens was cracked and the sales dept. agreed to replace it free of charge. The part was ordered and arrived the next day, it took less then 30 minutes to replace. This was a delightful experience and I would recommend Team Toyota of Princeton. More

I first entered the new car center and was introdu I recently needed to purchase an additional car to replace my 1998 sienna with 245000 miles on it. I first entered the new car center and was introduced to the sales person and shown a lovely 2014 sienna. It was quite nice, but the monthly payments would be out of my reach. I then walked to the used car side and saw a nice 2012 just off lease which fit all my needs. Ray Medina was great and the next day I drove away with my sienna. Thank you Team Toyota of Princeton. Technical Expertise Lacking The staff, shuttle service is all very good. As for the service : Had my break done for about $600 -but they did not do a good job. Other mechanics who saw it said its a badly done andd have to do it again, Reported some sounds again - they said it was from my radio - later had it done at AAA, who found out it was from the wheel hub.
