It started with dealer providing an out-the-door price based on my internet inquiry. I got a phone call and the price was mentioned in the voicemail. Surprisingly, their offer was in my ballpark. So, I went to the dealership to check out the car. They let me drive the car to my mechanic who was 18 miles away. I do want to specifically mention how nice Louis Cerrato was through the whole process. He never pressurized me and helped me with all things I wanted to check. I recommended anybody reading this review to talk to him if they have found something at Team Toyota. More

I recommend a friend to Don who purchased a new Prius in 2012, and would recommend Don to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. Let me warn you, Don is really popular and is often helping multiply costumers at the same time. As anyone who has ever purchased a new vehicle knows, you meet with a finance manager to sign all of the documents. During that meeting, the finance manager presents you with a variety of products, such as an extended warranty, for you to buy. I ended up including a 6 year, 125000 mile extended warranty for $1500 on my new Corolla. I did this because I was told and given documents indicating the entire $1500 would be refunded at the end of the warranty period if it was NEVER used. The warranty period ended in August 2015 and NO claim has ever been made against the extended warranty; Corollas are really good cars. I was skeptical of the extended warranty refund offer, but took Team Toyota to be trustworthy when I included the warranty in my purchase. It seemed like a no brainer at the time. When I told friends about this offer, they too were skeptical. Sounded “too good to be true”. As promised, I just received a check for $1500 from Team Toyota. I would recommend this offer to anyone purchasing a new Toyota from Team, if they still offer it? As previously mentioned, it’s a no brainer. FYI. My friend who purchased the 2012 Prius also opted for an extended warranty because of the refund provision. More

We have owned Toyotas the whole time we have been here, the two latest having also been purchased from Team Toyota. Our cars have always been maintained to the best standard by the team in the service center, and the two cars we bought from Michael Hillocks have been fantastic purchases. Both times we began negotiations via email while we were in Europe on business. He found us exactly what we had asked for, and as soon as we arrived home, the car was ready to be collected by us, with minimal fuss and bother. Michael has that uncanny ability to take all the stress and strain out of buying a new car. I recommend Michael most highly as a salesman who knows what he is doing. Out of all the people I dealt with in my search for a used car, I felt the most comfortable dealing with him. He was reasonable on price, showed me very good cars for my desired price point, and was very patient and adept at dealing with the myriad questions me and my parents had asked. Overall, would recommend this dealership and Michael for anyone looking at used cars. Their inventory is also quite extensive and has many used cars that are actually associated with the brand of the dealership, which is quite a rarity these days as I found out. More
