Team Toyota of Princeton could not have been more different: the staff (especially Sales & Leasing team member Edwin Quintanilla) were professional, friendly, patient and empathetic. By chance, Team Toyota was the first dealership we visited when looking to upgrade to a pre-owned midsize SUV: the experience was so wonderful, and their product was so good and well-priced (2015 RAV4), we didn't end up going anywhere else! Do not believe a word they tell you. I recently leased a Rav4. I was assured that I was only paying the normal lease charges and nothing being paid towards the cost reduction of the leas I recently leased a Rav4. I was assured that I was only paying the normal lease charges and nothing being paid towards the cost reduction of the lease. Team toyota purchased my old rav 4 and said they were paying for the last three months of the old lease. I asked on 3-4 occasions to see the exact amounts I was being charged only to be told all of that would be explained at the finance center. My sales person Will Ferrell and the finance manager never explained the charges I was paying. Be careful at this agency. They will cheat to make a sale. Walk away (like I should have done) I have requested information from the sales person and Manager since my lease. Neither have responded. I will never deal with this dealer again and you should be very careful if you are thinking of purchasing of a toyota from them. More

I was very hesitant buying a car online sight unseen and putting my faith and trust in Michael. I drove 140 miles from Long Island with a trade in. When I arrived at the dealership, he and his team delivered everything they said they would and more. I would highly recommend dealing with Michael and Team Toyota Princeton. More

Terrible Service The customer service is awful at this dealership, have to wait for ever even for just an oil change with an appointment. I have also noticed them making the customers panic by advising to change parts..I would never advice anyone to choose this dealership for service.I just asked them to change the cabin air filter and they asked with attitude to wait for another 2 hours after the service to get the part fixed which hardly takes lest than 10 minutes.Cannot trust this dealership for the service even for an oil change, Refrain from this dealership folks. More
