Lost a Loyal Customer Took my 6 week old car to check adjustments, on way there picked up nail in tire, said tire could not be plugged that I would have to purchased new ti Took my 6 week old car to check adjustments, on way there picked up nail in tire, said tire could not be plugged that I would have to purchased new tire, decided to get a second option and by the time I arrived at destination noticed that I was driving with a hole in my tire, because nail was taken out. Called service and they told me that the nail must of fallen out of the tire? Wow don't think that is possible, total disregard for customer safety. Will not return to this dealership or service again. More

Be careful of hidden fee The sale person gave us what we thought was the finial price but when we met with the finical person he was telling us about other money that we would need to spend. Gap insurance on a Leased car is extra. We work though it and I have a 2016 Rav 4. More

Fantastic experience at Team Toyota of Princeton Having never previously purchased a car on our own, my wife and I were (like most people) not looking forward to the experience of being hassled and j Having never previously purchased a car on our own, my wife and I were (like most people) not looking forward to the experience of being hassled and jerked around at a dealership. Team Toyota of Princeton could not have been more different: the staff (especially Sales & Leasing team member Edwin Quintanilla) were professional, friendly, patient and empathetic. By chance, Team Toyota was the first dealership we visited when looking to upgrade to a pre-owned midsize SUV: the experience was so wonderful, and their product was so good and well-priced (2015 RAV4), we didn't end up going anywhere else!
