DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! INCOMPETENT, RUDE, AND INSULTI NG! I had recently leased a Corolla from Team Toyota of Princeton to take me back and forth to the train station. They were able to match an out o NG! I had recently leased a Corolla from Team Toyota of Princeton to take me back and forth to the train station. They were able to match an out of state lease deal and I felt that the transaction went smoothly and was fair for both parties. About 2 months later, my significant other decided to lease another car as well. I had called the salesman Matt that I used previously and he told me he should be able to work out the "same" deal that I was offered, but that my SO would have to come in to the dealership first. Everything was supposed to be printed and ready to go. We are both working professionals that get up bright and early and get home around 7 pm, so we do not have time in our day to waste. Luckily Team Toyota of Princeton is open late for people like us. Little did I know we were in for a complete waste of time. It took over an hour to get the salesman to put together the same deal that I received, despite even bringing in my paperwork. Following this anguishing process, he proceed to go back and forth between us and the sales manager Andrew Dasher. After approximately another 45 mins, approaching 9 pm, Mr. Dasher comes over and is extremely rude and crass when trying to convince us to accept his deal which is ~$10 more per month. While this is a negligible difference in pricing, I had been promised the SAME deal and that it would be ready to go following some simple paper work. Mr. Dasher kept reiterating that neither of us understood what was going on and that we should just let the extra money go and take the car. He continued to the point where he insulted my SO's intelligence and she was very uncomfortable dealing with him. We left immediately and bought a car elsewhere. Too Long Didn't Read: I leased a Corolla 2 months later I asked for the SAME deal Was promised Team Toyota of Princeton would do the same deal and have the car ready for us Sales Manager Andrew Dasher came out with a more expensive deal and proceeded to insult us continuously We left and are never going back. By far our salesman Brian Jackson is one of the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. We came from an hour and a half away and spoke with him before traveling asking what the overall condition of the vehicle was. He described the condition to me and was absolutely correct. There has been times before where we were told the vehicle was in excellent condition only to find scratches and burn holes on the vehicles. Brian did not pressure us and while we were there treated us as if we were the only thing that mattered. We would travel back there for our next vehicle no questions asked. Our finance manager was also one of the best. We were there until 10:30pm and not once were we rushed to finish the paperwork or not given a full explanation of any questions we had. More

Called service and they told me that the nail must of fallen out of the tire? Wow don't think that is possible, total disregard for customer safety. Will not return to this dealership or service again. More
