So with a great degree of skepticism I dragged myself into Team Toyota of Princet It had been 17 years since I purchased a car directly from a dealer. So with a great degree of skepticism I dragged myself into Team Toyota of Princeton to seek a quality used car for my daughter. The entire experience from start to finish was exactly how any car buying transaction should be. Professional, friendly, informative and quick, with a true exchange of value. My daughter and I test drove 3-4 cars before finally settling on a Toyota Camry Hybrid. Once I had decided on the type of car, the process (including financing) was completed in about 1.5 hours. All my questions were answered honestly. I left feeling that I bought the car I truly wanted rather than a car they were trying to "sell" me. I highly recommend Team Toyota without any reservations and would buy from them again. And thanks Ando! for your patience and guidance. More

Exceptional experience I visited Team Toyota to look at a 2013 Toyota Corolla I saw online. The Corolla was okay but I wasn't in love with it. I also planned on test driving I visited Team Toyota to look at a 2013 Toyota Corolla I saw online. The Corolla was okay but I wasn't in love with it. I also planned on test driving a Honda Civic too but Mike insisted I test drive "the best car in the planet", a Toyota Prius. Mike was knowledgable with the global warming situation and insisted I could help have a positive impact with the environment by owning one. I enjoyed the test drive but Mike sealed the deal when he told me Al Gore, Leo DiCaprio, George Cloony among other celebrities who actually own a Prius. The Prius was about $3,000 over my max budget but when I left the dealership and got home my gasoline average read 54. Maybe it is "the best car on the planet"? More

Our negotiations were handled in a positive and professional fashion and I felt my price was more than fair after being presented with various options. I was particularly pleased with my Sales Representative, Joe Caven, and would rank my experience with him at the top of any previous car buying venture. The Sale Manager, Hank, was an added bonus and together I felt they treated me in a refreshingly open and honest manner. Closing with Andrew in Finance was also a pleasure. Positive Experience After some research, I knew I was interested in looking at a Prius C, and test driving it to see if it was a comfortable fit for me. I looked online, and Team Toyota of Princeton had what I was looking for, and it wasn't black. (which most other pre-owned Prius C's were) It was our first day out looking at cars, and I had no intentions of buying. Andrew Pereria greeted us in the lot, and was very pleasant without the "hard sell" approach. He answered all of our questions, and seemed very forthright with his answers. We never felt pressured into buying, and actually left to go to another dealership to continue our search. As it turned out, we went back to Team Toyota of Princeton before closing, and drove home in the vehicle that night. We really liked dealing with Andrew, felt it was a fair price, and liked the warranty the dealership offered for certified vehicles. All in all, it was a positive experience. More

Best experience I have never purchased a car from a dealership because I have always heard the horror stories. They over charge, they will keep you there for hours, you'll be talked into something you don't want. I couldn't have been more wrong. I walked in, was greeted immediately and told them the car I wanted. They pulled it up and I test drove it and left. I called my dad to be my muscle and we went back to buy it. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. That included financing. I couldn't be happier. It's over a month later and I am still happy with the whole experience. More
