Surpassed Expectations I had a bad feeling coming back to this dealership as my past experiences weren't the best with the sales reps, and the managers. I came in looking to I had a bad feeling coming back to this dealership as my past experiences weren't the best with the sales reps, and the managers. I came in looking to terminate my lease and purchase a Lexus IS 250, and Adrian gave me all my different options. Although I wasn't able to fix a deal with this dealership because of my financial constraints I left with a different view of this dealership. I found a better deal for my current scenario, and although I didn't close a deal Adrian followed back. He congratulated me even though we didn't do business. I didn't have to do this review, but I felt the urge to do so. Going forward if I have friends or family looking for a Toyota, or used cars at this location I will confidently sat "Adrian will give you the best deal & give you excellent customer service". I had looked at a few cars there a couple years ago. Never bought a car there but remember the great experience I had. Mike Hillocks was my salesman and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very patient, honest and upfront during the entire process. I am 8 months pregnant, so I was very concerned about getting the right car and deal. Mike made this entire experience comfortable for me and had a very good sense of humor. Buying a car can be stressful! Tim Benamara helped me with the final paperwork and was also super helpful. I highly recommend this dealer. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and I would drive the extra hour just to buy a car or have them service my vehicle. Thanks all- I love my new Camry! More
