I am 88 On December 8, 2016, I had an extraordinary experience of leasing my new Corolla from Rob Moran Director of Leasing @ Princeton Toyota-Scion. I am 88 1/2 years old in excellent health and still driving. My late husband always leased the cars and made the money arrangements for 68 years. My son helped me a bit; however, Rob Moran was magnificent in all areas. At our first meeting ( on Friday, Dec. 2, 2016) he discussed the prior lease, price of new car lease and all necessary information. answering all questions in full details. On December 8th, I went alone and he walked me through all the leasing details I had made. Then when it came time for me to make the exchange to the new car, Rob had already taken all the equipment and my belongings from the traded one to the new one. I was deeply touched by his kindness, demeanor and efficient manner in handling all the details and his professionalism. More
Beware While my Avalon was in for service I was told that the front brakes were dangerously worn and that the rotors needed immediate replacement. An inspection the following day where I got tires showed that this was not the case. It is not the first time this has happened at this Toyota dealership but it is the last time I will take my car there. More
Poor timing our first day of new car shopping and the first stop was Team Toyota. we did explain to the sales person we just wanted to check out the Highlander, our first day of new car shopping and the first stop was Team Toyota. we did explain to the sales person we just wanted to check out the Highlander, we were not ready to purchase. So, we took a Highlander for a test drive and then went back into the showroom to ask a few questions. The Sales Person excused himself for few minutes and then came back with the manager. The first thing the manager says "is that I am not going to run numbers on the last day of the month" - who asked him to do that, not us. He was very defensive & rude. Poor timing to bring in the manager to try and close a deal that had not even begun. We left & did not return. I had a Toyota Venza to trade, I really had planned on purchasing another Toyota, but I do not have the patience to deal with the "hard sale". Bought a Subaru Outback Touring 3.6R. More

After explaining the many options on the car and Toyota's extended warranties on a used car purchase, we met with Ken Niederer to place a trade-in value on my car and negotiate a price for the new car. The negotiation process went smoothly without pressure to purchase. The trade-in value of my car was generous and the final price exactly what I had hoped after doing all the internet research in advance. I signed 'on the doted line' feeling confident I received fair deal. I would definitely look up Frank when I'm again ready to buy a Toyota. More

We had bought our first Toyota in another dealer but have been going to Team Toyota for periodic maintenance given the quality of their service.
