Worst experience What started out as a decent shopping experience turned into a horrible and extremely deceitful financing experience. The sales person (Hiram) and finance person (Adam) had increased the price of the car by adding the difference originally reduced, plus an extra almost two thousand dollars, to the residual value of the car. Thank goodness I found Paul Miller Toyota in West Caldwell, NJ. At Miller they treated us with respect and I am happy to say that I purchased my new 2017 Toyota Rav4 XLE Hybrid with all the extras I wanted at a reasonable price. Miller sales/finance persons were transparent throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions This is my 4th Toyota and my 3rd Rav4. Princeton Toyota please remind your sales people to respect the Toyota consumer! We know what we want and are willing to pay for it but NOT get ripped off. Ruth NJ More

It was the smoothest car buying process I have ever done. Adrian was helpful, nice, didn't pressure us at all. He was able to answer all of our questions and make the experience easy as can be. There seemed to be a lot of nice, well taken care of pre-owned cars there, especially compared to other dealerships in the area. I also liked that the pre-owned and new cars were in two separate buildings, so the people working at either focus solely on them (I guess a lot of dealerships do it this way, but the others we went to didn't, and I saw a difference in the experience for sure). Great buying a CPO Corolla Had a great time looking at cars with Steven. He really helped me look at many cars within my requested price range and even gave me tips and tricks o Had a great time looking at cars with Steven. He really helped me look at many cars within my requested price range and even gave me tips and tricks on back up parking. Eventually we did settle on a CPO 2014 Toyota Corolla. Steven made it really easy to deal with any servicing issues and helped sort out all the paperwork. The dealership is clean and has a bunch of cars to choose from. I was not a big fan of the dealer bosses, who are kind of rude and you can tell they just want to make money and get you out of there. Steven was very patient with me even after three separate days of coming out to try cars and asking a bunch of questions, I was definitely more sure about buying the car because of him and not the dealership owner folks.
