The dealership was flexible on getting payment from the bank, which allowed me to take the car home quickly. Picked the car up serviced, cleaned and detailed. All in all, a good experience. Car buying experience I was in contact with Steven Seidner for 5 days and had to reschedule an appointment. Steven was very flexible and adjusted to my time needs. I finally met with Steven on Saturday and he was very polite, helpful through the entire car buying process, which was all done on Saturday afternoon. I must say that I felt very confident with my new car purchase and it was definitely my best car buying experience ever and I've been to most of the different car dealers looking for the right car from the right dealership from the right person. I was also helped by Tim in the financing department who and he made the process as pleasant as possible when your financing a large purchase. I must once again thank Steven for all his help at what is to me a difficult process. More

Super Quick Car Buying Experience with 2 kids in tow! What an amazing experience we had at Toyota of Princeton to purchase our Toyota Sienna. Since we already knew we wanted the Sienna Limited AWD, Steven What an amazing experience we had at Toyota of Princeton to purchase our Toyota Sienna. Since we already knew we wanted the Sienna Limited AWD, Steven was able to help us complete almost the entire process over the phone before we even arrived to the dealership. Once there with our 2 small children in tow on a cold January night, he had the car cleaned and the finance department pretty much waiting for us to pull in. Steven gave my children coloring books and crayons while they ate their dinner and my husband and I signed off on the paperwork. It was literally seamless and we were back on the road to head home in about 1 hour. This also included trading in our 2013 Sienna. Everyone at the dealership was so helpful and accommodating and Steven really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and checked in with us in the days after our purchase too! We love our Toyota Sienna and I'm confident we will make the hour drive from our home, passing many other Toyota dealers along the way, to buy from Steven and Toyota of Princeton again! Many thanks.
