The test drive was great as he chose a route that was not too hectic so that I could really experience the vehicle. He explained the process every step of the way and never applied any pressure. He took great time in reviewing the Car Fax and service report, so I felt secure that I was getting a quality vehicle and understood the background of the car. When it came time to negotiating the price, it was all pretty straight forward and pretty typical of what you expect, only difference here is that the staff is professional and respectful. The sales manager came out and spoke with me directly, none of the walking back and forth to the managers office! I generally don't take the time to write the reviews, but what really made this experience special was the care that I received from Barry. I had driven a rental car from Jersey City to Princeton and Barry helped me to make arrangements to drop the rental car off only a few miles away which was a huge time saver. Furthermore, I needed to leave the dealership for a few minutes to make a withdrawal from the bank. By the time I returned, Barry had arranged to have the car detailed, and started getting my insurance set up. What I really appreciated was that Barry took the time to explain the safety features of the vehicle to my insurance agent making sure I got the best discounts possible. We went for a test drive and he took us to different routes to be able to properly evaluate the car's performance. Back in the office, we had great conversations about life, family and many other topics. Steven provided us with all the car information we requested that would help us make a decision. The negotiation was short since we made a reasonable offer which Steven's manager reviewed and approved. So needless to say we were pleased with the outcome, we really love our RAV 4.
