DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. Even the DC DMV is perplexed why it is taking this dealer so long, except for the fact that they already have my money and are just not motivated. When I talked to Odie the used car manager, he said it was the last day of the month and he needed to push my issue off to Monday, into a holiday week when the DMV will be closed. I AM ONE OF THEIR SALES FOR THE MONTH, but now that I have paid them my ability to drive the car legally and customer satisfaction are not a priority. Recommend you take your business elsewhere. Alpha Agujar had harassed me for a review so I gave her a review to get her off my back and she told me the day that I picked up my car that she will call and/or the dealership will call to let me know about review to get her off my back and she told me the day that I picked up my car that she will call and/or the dealership will call to let me know about my plates. I did ask about that before driving off the lot, however, the expiration date is yesterday I haven’t received a phone call or anything about coming in to pick up my plates so I message her and she calls me back with an attitude, denying the fact that she actually told me that herself or the dealership will call me about my plates and that she has nothing to do with it and that is my responsibility. Which is why I asked about my plates before driving off the lot last month so I am retracting my previous review because I wrote it when I lost my grandmother, so I was mourning and in grief and just wanted to not be harassed anymore. This is what this dealership does they prey on your weaknesses and only help you as long as you help them get a good review so that way they can get their little bonus. Beware of aftercare because there isn’t any with this dealership. More
