Texting feature not working in '17 camry purchased 10/17 Staff insists the reaon i can no longer listen to text messages is that it is a safety feature. Then why was i able to listen to texts received for the first 3 months i had the car? Called toyota cares and another dealership and they say i am right and team toyota is wrong. Page 299 of the manual says i am right and they are wrong. Sent email to about 5 different people at the dealership AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO ME YET!!! Will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. More

The Problem is not fixed I took my car in for regular service and a vibration in the vehicle upon acceleration. Although the welcome was amazing and it was obvious the custome I took my car in for regular service and a vibration in the vehicle upon acceleration. Although the welcome was amazing and it was obvious the customer is highly valued— I’m frustrated that I don’t feel they really listens to me and they did not fix the problem I said the car had. I offered to go to the dealership and drive with someone to recreate what my issue was they declined. The reason give to me was warped rotors— but it happens when I accurate. I lost my car for an entire day, had to arrange for rides to drop off and pick up and the car still is not right. I wish this wasn’t my review because I think they try to be a superior service center but when you don’t listen to what the problem is— and fix it— what else really matters. Oh, and they did not charge for the day of analysis. More

Henry kept me up to date on my repairs an and scheduling activities including car rental. The work was completed in a timely fashion. He offered me options that included aftermarket repair parts that were not part of the warranty coverage. He did not oversell on the usual wiper blades etc. I feel like the work was not performed as if this was the mechanic’s own car. Parts that were removed were not cleaned before re-installing them. An obvious part looked like it was placed pretty side down on the shop floor and kicked around a little resulting in cosmetic scratches. Spilled oil marks on it were not cleaned - little things like that. Just a pet peeve of mine having been in a repair service industry in the past. Let’s just say that it didn’t make for a good “reveal”. Mechanically all seems well. Time will tell on oil consumption. More
Help the Obviously I really enjoy the service that one receives from associates at Team Toyota. It would have been a five star rating if they would have notified me at I really enjoy the service that one receives from associates at Team Toyota. It would have been a five star rating if they would have notified me at the time of my 30k service that my inspection sticker was expired. This resulted in me having to take the vechical back for inspection after receiving a $41 dollar ticket. Absolutely my fault: however it woul have helpful if they informed the totally oblivious(me) of the expiration. More

Great Tesm at Team My 2017 Corolla was in for its first inspection on Saturday April 7, 2018. A very busy service department on Saturday! My car was taken in at 9:00 AM My 2017 Corolla was in for its first inspection on Saturday April 7, 2018. A very busy service department on Saturday! My car was taken in at 9:00 AM and I was on my way back home at 10:00 AM. Very pleasant waiting area, coffee and donuts free. Got a discount on service, got out at a minimal cost and my Corolla is ready for year two! Love it.! Thank you Team. Great job! More
