Length of wait times were absurd The couple times I have been there the service was poor. For a oil change and tire rotation it would take almost 3 hours waiting when I had a schedule The couple times I have been there the service was poor. I had a number of my services completely comped because of how long the wait was. Which I found was a kind gesture but makes me wonder if they comp a lot of people’s bills due to wait times which I would consider a loss of money on the companies part More
