I am done with using your service department I was recently provided an estimate of 1700 for repairs. I took or someone else for a second opinion. The repair cost 500.00. I was told I needed new spark plugs (they had just been changed so this told me no one checked them, it was just thrown in as a way to increase the bill), tires, and brakes. None of these were needed. Yoiu’be lost my trust and my business and have confirmed what I’ve long suspected - that I’ve paid hundreds, maybe thousands in iunmedrcary services over the past ten years as a customer. I love my salesman, Dave Castor, but I am done with your service department. More

What was lacking The sales portion was done very well by the sales person. I gave my check to the financial rep., which was a short visit. I had to produce my trade- The sales portion was done very well by the sales person. I gave my check to the financial rep., which was a short visit. I had to produce my trade-in Title, which I had to find; that took several days. After that, the service was sorely lacking. When I went in with the trade-in Title, the service rep. wouldn't see me (he had just come in to work and had no customers waiting that I could see). The secretary had to find someone to take the Title in to him, whereby he scribbled on the back of an envelope that I owed $65.00 tax for the 5 year Insurance Policy. I paid cash. An appointment was set up for me to get acquainted with some of the extras. The man was quite young and couldn't answer any questions about paperwork. He, then, proceeded to set up my navigational system and some other things that went so fast, I can't even say what they were. His time was up and the only thing I learned was that certain things could be done, but not how do them. All in all, I hesitate calling with further questions that I may have but wonder if my son would have been treated differently - being a man.......He was with me when we purchased the car. More
