The car was immediately taken in and checked. we were told we could wait for a full diagnosis of the issue or check out another Camry with less miles and more options that we could acquire for the same price. Not only did they accommodate us, when they were not obligated to, they put the "new" car through the shop and added new struts and shocks. Shannon Cross, the used car sales manager, and Dan and Lee were very accommodating and went above and beyond for us. Our daughter is thrilled with her car and we will be sure to be back when we need another vehicle. Integrity means a lot. More

After the purchase, I discovered a problem related to the detailing of the van, and they went above and beyond to correct the situation to my complete satisfaction! Not too many places would handle the situation with the integrity that they did. I highly recommend shopping here, and will go back again myself when I need to make another purchase. More

He was communicative and attentive, and always seemed intent to get me exactly what I needed. However, his service would not have been necessary if not for an issue that occurred during a previous service appointment at this dealership. And while he did his absolute best to resolve this issue at no cost to me, his management refused to comp the final deductible for my new car part. I was baffled that a dealership would make a customer pay for an issue that they caused, but I could tell that Chris did everything in his power to take care of the situation. Very happy with him, disappointed in the dealership. More

When there a friend brought her car in and come to find out she had a side mirror put on by them. She said when she went to use it she almost got in an accident because it was hard to see. Come to find out, the wrong mirror was put on the car. I was just in for haha. A quick 15000 mile check. Almost 2hrs is not a quick check. Wasn't even taken back till 20min after my appointment time. Go elsewhere people. I will go back the 4th time to claim my 50 buck credit but believe me it's not worth it here. Car buying was nice but service....not More

Superb service - great experience It's odd to say a trip for service on your vehicle was a "great experience", but there's no other way to describe it. I was met by a concierge as soo It's odd to say a trip for service on your vehicle was a "great experience", but there's no other way to describe it. I was met by a concierge as soon as I pulled into the lot. He was expecting me and took my car. From there, I was sent into a rather nice waiting area - comfy leather seats, refreshments, tv and a separate little room that kept small children occupied and not disturbing me or the other customers. In less than an hour, a customer service rep came and told me the status of my vehicle - which I could also see on a monitor next to the television. Fifteen munites later, I was given the keys to my freshly washed Camry and reminded of my next appointment. Start to finish - top to bottom, it was a great experience. I'll never take my Toyota anywhere else! THANK YOU! More
