On my recent purchase on 8/23/18 I dealt solely with Eric Bausman, he was friendly and professional. Not once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable during the process, which by the way he made a breeze. Even after the purchase, I left a few things in the truck I traded in and he was more than willing to assist by either retrieving the items or making sure I could get them myself. As a matter of fact, my wife is going to be trading in her vehicle in coming weeks and she had the pleasure of meeting Eric and ultimately would like Eric to be her salesman. Great job Team Toyota!!
