Easy to deal with and good price We exchanged emails with sales rep Jeremy Wood about the model and options I wanted (2018 RAV4 LE Hybrid AWD) and the price I am willing to pay. Then We exchanged emails with sales rep Jeremy Wood about the model and options I wanted (2018 RAV4 LE Hybrid AWD) and the price I am willing to pay. Then I made an appointment with Jeremy a few days later and we made a deal without much back and forth negotiation at all. After I signed the purchase agreement, I got the key and drove the car home without paying anything (I offered to make partial payment because I need to transfer money from another account to my regular bank account before I can write a check to pay it in full) but I promised to pay in full in less than 5 days. So I am very satisfied with the experience with Team Toyota at Glenn Mills, PA. More

Went the extra mile I was replacing a Prius that was totalled, and the one I really wanted was at Glen Mills, 3.5 hours and a different state from where I live. The Team Toyota folks went above and beyond, letting me make a deposit to hold the car, working with my insurance company, and helping me transfer warranty coverage from the old Prius to the new one.
