So I was able to get the vehicle I wanted, I didn't have to settle for 'a close enough' vehicle. The price was where I wanted to be. I got the price for the trade in that I wanted without having to haggle. I am in Wilmington, De. and have three Toyota dealers closer to me than going to Team Toyota, but I really feel its well worth the extra drive. And past experience in service department is also top notch. More

All good until this happened. I was pleased with the service performed and also accepted the offer of a free car wash. After paying the invoice and approaching the pick up point, I I was pleased with the service performed and also accepted the offer of a free car wash. After paying the invoice and approaching the pick up point, I noticed that the car was still dirty and had two large white WW.’s on the windshield. I started to remove the writing when a young guy saw what I was doing, came running over, offering to take the car through the wash, claiming it was an oversight. I declined, because traffic on the highway was building up and I did not want to be sitting in it. This seems like a minor thing, but it makes me wonder about the final oversight at the shop. Someone at Team had to notice all the writing as they drove the vehicle into the pick up area. The service performed was very good from beginning of the service to ALMOST the end. More
