Horrible customer service absolutely horrifying Visit one brought my car in for an oil change 2015 Toyota Camry bought it late 2017 after a 45 minutes wait I was told my car was done I walked outsid Visit one brought my car in for an oil change 2015 Toyota Camry bought it late 2017 after a 45 minutes wait I was told my car was done I walked outside I got in my car I drove it about a mile or two away realized that there was a strong scent of motor oil pulled over and Pops the hood where I found that the oil cap was left off the motor which got crushed in between the radiator support and the hood then checked my oil and realize that there was no oil in the car so not only did he leave the oil cap off but he did not put any oil in the car when he changed the oil then there's the visit after that came in for axle replacement they replace my axle but did not realize in the car so the alignments off and cause the tires to wear 3rd visit came in for a Chatter in the transmission I explained how my assumption would be that mechanic who replace the axle most likely did not put enough fluid back into the car when pulling the axle they told me that there is a procedure in which they prefer to follow so they would not see if the fluid was level was correct because that was too much work so they reprogram the computer and sent me on my way now and that I drive over a thousand miles a week and told me to drive it for a week 7000 MI after the axle replacement came back for a torque converter replacement needed a rental car while they were doing the torque converter went out to do my walk through with the rental car lady walked away before me entering the new rental car got it in and realize that there was broken glass all over the car went back in to explain to the lady she said she would have somebody documents guy comes to me in the waiting room says he's all done vacuuming go back out to the car still broken glass all over the dashboard carpet and seats and cup holders went back inside explained this issue her reply was to say well what do you expect them to do they have a hole in their vacuum and it's not working right now why was million dollar Corporation only has one shop vac and can't afford a roll of duct tape to duct tape the hole in the hose even though I happen to have three different types of shop vacs at home just being a regular homeowner but multi-billion-dollar Corporation can't figure out how to get glass out of a car or be honest and not lie and say that you did a job that you didn't so they get me a new Camry this one has dog hair all over the car I explain to them that I am not paying the the dog say and that hair is there on the seat before taking the rental this visit was absolutely horrible Rhino lady was extremely rude explained all this to the director director said to only work with him and that he was very sorry every time I called the director regarding the work on my car director did not answer my calls or return my calls oh no in 2017 I bought a 2015 Toyota Camry from Team Toyota Glen Mills by for biggest mistake of my life not that I don't love my Camry I love my car but I will never buy another car from Toyota of Glen Mills More
Great car buying experience! We purchased a 2018 Highlander at the end of August. I first met our salesman, Harshaan Athwal, in early August when I stopped in to take preliminary We purchased a 2018 Highlander at the end of August. I first met our salesman, Harshaan Athwal, in early August when I stopped in to take preliminary look at several vehicles and take some test drives. Harshaan was very helpful and knowledgeable without being at all pushy. I told him up front I was a few weeks away from buying a vehicle and still wanted to look at and test drive a few other brands. I received a few emails from Harshaan, the sales manager and the owners after I left that first day. After I finished my research and test drives, I decided to go with the Highlander. I called Harshaan to check his availability that evening. When we got there, Harshaan had the car I had selected parked right up front so my wife could take a look. At the last minute, we decided to go with a different color than I originally selected which was no problem for them at all. We then went inside to complete the paperwork, which took a while but went very smoothly. Joe Lombardi handled our financing and was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We left that night as the happy owners of a new Highlander. I highly recommend working with Harshaan, who was great to work with through the entire process. More
