My experience I felt my experience was good and went well. Nic worked with me and the finance guy whose name I don't recall did an efficient job. My issue is when I asked for a deal on a couple front grill parts to convert my premium to more of a pro look, I was left disapointed. Nic had someone from parts call me and the price I was quoted was actually more than I could buy the parts from an online service. I was supposed to get a call back but as of more than 2 weeks, no call has been made. This leaves me the feeling that once my sale was completed I am no longer worth anyone's time or consideration. I spent almost 40k and one would think that if I needed a couple parts to enhance my car, the dealership would pass them along at cost. This disapoints me to the point that I doubt I would recommend this dealership to friends or family. More

Recent visit was below standard. I have always received excellent service until my most recent visit. I prefer to deal with Mike Stover but since I must deal with whoever is available I have always received excellent service until my most recent visit. I prefer to deal with Mike Stover but since I must deal with whoever is available I am not happy! I had an appointment and upon arriving I stood inside for at least 5 minutes and no one said anything. Finally a young man looked up and said can I help you. I walked over and explained I had an appointment to check my tires because the signal had come on my dash the day before and I also was getting it inspected. Due to remodeling I was to go to 2nd floor to wait. I told the service man I would like to be updated on the tire situation. He said he would come up and update me. I waited quite a long time and finally my handheld device signaled me to go down stairs. I was annoyed because no one took the time to come and update me plus waiting much to long for inspection. There was nothing wrong with my tires except one had too much air. I told him that your service dept. was the only one who ever touched the tires or car! He knew I was unhappy with the service I received that day and frankly didn’t seem to care. I told him if I received a survey I was going to say I was not satisfied. I know one customer not being satisfied isn’t going to make a difference but I can assure you if the next time I come in for service and it is less than satisfactory I won’t return. I have said before that you should have Mike Stover teach your consultants what good service represent. More
