Didn’t deliver what was promised! Upon drop off of my car I was told it would be done the same day, most likely in a couple hours. I was also told by the valet that my car would be cleaned inside and out before I picked it up. I was extremely disappointed when I was called and told my car was going to take longer than the normal couple hours promised as the service dept. was busy only to get another call later saying it would not be completed until the following morning which turned out to be after 1 pm. Upon pickup, I discovered my car hadn’t been cleaned inside or outside and was told by Ben, the service rep that the agency never does the inside and apologized that I was given wrong information by the valet and that they “forgot” to do the outside because they were busy. Not my issue as the customer! It was also checked off on my paperwork that the car had already been cleaned. This was such a huge disappointment and quite frankly annoying that I had to change my plans as I was supposed to babysit my grandchildren the night before, but my car seat was in my car at your dealership and my plans had to be rearranged. It’s not my problem as the customer that the valet gave misinformation in telling me my car would be cleaned inside and out. Perhaps better training is in order as well as making it right by the customer. The only thing I was offered was to hang around even longer to be inconvenienced more while my car was washed on the outside, but I simply couldn’t spare the time. This is approximately my 9th Toyota vehicle I’ve had and 8th Rav 4 so obviously I’m a loyal customer. It was my first experience at Team Toyota and quite frankly may very well be my last if this is the way you run your service dept. I was so incredibly disappointed and frustrated!! I even put a call in to speak to the Service Manager after this occurred, who was unavailable at the time, but have yet to get a return call! That speaks volumes about customer care! More

Nice and friendly purchasing Nick did really good job helping us get our car. Explained everything very clearly and professionally. We enjoyed to have him as our salesman. Because the paperwork took times to go through and towards end it was pretty late and passed his work time. But he was still patiently waiting for us. And he even took time to teach us how to set up phone to the blue tooth system and other features. We pretiate it very much. More

Golden rule I was overdue for an oil change and did not call ahead or schedule maintenance. I walked in and Was immediately logged in and sent to the waiting room. The waiting area has many amenities to utilize and makes every visit a productive one. I needed to catch up on work and a little relaxing, but before I knew it, I saw a familiar face, Ben Landis. He recognized me from my prior visits and made sure everything was okay with me and my vehicle. Shortly after seeing Ben, I received an invoice email for my service. A minute later, he personally notified me in person that everything was completed. (Just under 2 hours.) I always leave feeling overwhelming satisfaction with having made this new car purchase. Your hospitality is very much appreciated and rubs off on everyone there. THANKS for everything More
