Additional protection producs were presented, but nothing was pushed on us. Very easy, clear and pleasant delivery of our new Rav4. We drove a little over 4 hours one way from CT to do bussiness with them. We still had other dealership email us with their pricing, but Nic made the difference. More

This service would have just been oil and filter change, topping off the fluids and general check up. I was expecting to pay well below $100 but the bill came to $141. I briefly discussed the bill with the manager who did not provide convincing explanation. Since there was people awaiting I did not continue arguing and thought I would call the manager on the weekday which I did. No one called me back yet. I would never take my car for service there again and will continue to pursue. More
