Went in for an inspection 10-29-22 and was left with wet carpet! Never had such a bad service visit before. It started with a high quote for the inspection, since my appointment last year was one day shor carpet! Never had such a bad service visit before. It started with a high quote for the inspection, since my appointment last year was one day short of one year ago. Nobody mentioned that when I made the appointment though. Was told I had a light bulb out and signed off on replacing it. 90 minutes later, they told me my car was ready. The valet got out and I noticed the floor mat on the driver's side was soaking wet. Weather was totally dry - and so was my car when I brought it in. The valet couldn't explain it. The service advisor said he would talk to the manager to figure out what happened. I just wanted the water removed from my car ASAP. Instead he asked me to wait another hour for somebody in detailing to clean it up. After 75 more minutes they told me the car was ready again, yet I picked up the mat and found water underneath - the carpet was soaked. Had to leave, but spent time at home with rags pressing on it an squeezing out as much as possible over the next few days. This led to a lot of time cleaning and stressing over something that never should have happened. After going there for every 5K or 10K mile maintenance service and inspection for nearly 20 years, this experience was the worst. Got a call from customer care rep who said they would look into what happened. A few days later she said the technician claims he told me about the water and that there was a leak problem in my car. That's two more lies. The only times the advisor spoke with me were at check-in, going over items in my printed Visit Summary, sending me to the cashier, and hearing my complaint about the water. The summary says NOTHING about water or a leak. It says they inspected the floor mats, though. There is a checkmark after that bit. My advice is to avoid this place. For anyone going to this place for service anyway, take detailed pix of your car inside and out - before and after they touch it. My pix are on my Google review. More
Was interested in purchasing a vehicle; however was informed that due to me living 40 minutes away, they could not sell me a vehicle. I cannot sing enough praises about this dealership after our experience with them yesterday. From this point on my husband and I will only be trusting our vehicle purchases from CJ at Team Toyota. It was the best experience we’ve ever had and can sincerely say that CJ went way above and beyond with bending over backwards for us. He showed us our options and then made sure we were able to leave with our favorite choice at the price we wanted for our monthly budget. I’ve bought cars from other dealerships and salesmen who were great, but this experience blew all others out of the water and we plan to only go here and ask for CJ from now on. More
CoWe purchased a new car at Team Toyota of Glen Mills. The all process was unusual and mistakes were made by workers. But on Toyota's website we found information that RAVs 4 LE Toyota 2022 all have it as well BSM."BSM are included on all Standart RAV 4s" We could not get any proof or any documents that it’s optional. And we left with a new car with NO documentation that we purchased a car. We contacted Team Toyota and had to go there 3 times. We have a filing that they were not honest with us. Sales Manager Dan Rivera attitude was at its worse he was arrogant and rude. I came in with my husband for a used 2014 Ram 1500 for 25,991.00 I asked the sale person Armand can we negotiate a cash deal due t arrogant and rude. I came in with my husband for a used 2014 Ram 1500 for 25,991.00 I asked the sale person Armand can we negotiate a cash deal due to the fact that the truck was being sold above Kelly book price and it was missing bedliner, hub covers and it was a basic base model, “he said no that Dan Rivera wouldn’t go for that”. The agent Armand made it seem that we could negotiate a camera for free of charge add on and when he came back from talking to Dan they added the camera for $500 and some accessories charge for $279 plus all the other charges which everything was total to $29,508.49. I questioned Armand and he went back to talk to Dan Rivera, Dan comes we his business card and had this stinky attitude as if he was superior to us, to tell us that he couldn’t negotiate, that’s good you lost a $24,000.. cash paying customer for a use car that is worth $21,000.00. Oil change resulted in a scratched hood and very rude attitude when I returned to questioned why my new truck made a clanging noise when driving away. I tried to buy a car from Team Toyota via the website. None of the inventory I inquired about was ever available. I would of like to given a Better Review, for the First Time ever at this Dealership ! The website list vehicles they don't have , Not like they sold them or said they did , THESE LISTED VEHICLES HAVEN'T Time ever at this Dealership ! Yet listed and Nothing to indicate they are supposed to arrive soon . The sales person ( Arrogant ) said they just expected people to basically know it ! We came ready to buy if we like the vehicle ( from Research we had done ) Wanted to look a vehicle over , test drive and make a decision based on the results . But this Sales person wanted to tell us what type and Model we should buy ( He wasn't asked ) We had already decided on model and Trim Packages we wanted to look at . The Sales person without letting us look at a similar model or even driving a model they had , To put a large down payment of a vehicle we had not seen ,. driven or even knew if it was what we wanted ??? Personally I'd Find another place to do business ! More
