ETA (9/8/23): The manager has reached out to me directly and is attempting to fix the situation. He is keeping me posted. ETA (9/7/23): I called the dealership AGAIN and asked to speak to the GM Jason Akers. The operator asked why, I told her and she put me through, it rang and then hung up on me. I called back, and it rang and rang and then went to voicemail. I left ANOTHER voicemail. ETA (9/6/23): I called the dealership to speak to the GM the day that they responded to my Google Post. The GM had left for the day. I left a message with my name AND phone number (said them both twice). NO RETURN PHONE CALL. As previously stated, they are only interested in their clients that buy new with warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This dealership is relying solely on their reputation because they sell LEMONS! I purchased a 2005 Honda Civic from them not even 3 weeks ago. Yes, it was sold as is - no warranty. However, I was told that this was common because of the age of the vehicle. I specifically asked if there was anything wrong with it. I was told no. I was told that it is in great condition. I am a single mom and helping another single mom find a reliable car. We wanted to go to a dealership in hopes that we weren't going in blind like we would if we bought from someone off Marketplace. Clearly this dealership sells LEMONS just to pad their sales and have no concern for their clients, their safety or just plain ethical behavior. In 3 weeks, I have had the following done to it: change temperature gauge, change radiator, change radiator cap, refill the coolant multiple times, filling the tires (they were at 16 PSI), and now find out the head gasket is bad. When my mechanic friend looked it over, he noticed that the underside of the car was really "rough" as if it is been left at a car yard for a while. Besides this, when they try to sell their cars, they try to sell them on FB Marketplace for the LIST PRICE. But then when you show interest, then they try to tack on taxes, titles and fees. Talk about a bait and switch. Unless you are buying a brand new vehicle that comes with a full warranty, I do NOT recommend purchasing from this dealership. They are only looking to take your money. They truly fit the stereotype of a sleazy car salesman. More
