Charged for an estimate I was charged for 2 hours of labor to tell me that I needed a $4000 job to replace a part on my car. Once I got home I realized what just happened. Don't accept extra investigation charges if asked esp. if you come in for an oil change or other maintenance. More

Poor all around experience Very poor experience. This dealer is an hour and a half from my house but I went there because they said they could get the car I wanted in 48 hours. Very poor experience. Upon going up there, they said it would be a week but I went ahead with the paperwork. They day after signing the paperwork, they called and said it would be closer to 3 weeks. The entire time until the car arrived the salesman was hard to get a hold of to check the status of the car. A couple days after picking up the car, white spots started to appear from the leather protection being mis-applied. They would't let me fix it locally to me but I had to go their to have them clean it off. I waited 5 hours while they tried to get it off and they didn't get it all but it was mostly gone so I took it home. They re-applied the protection coating though and then 2 days later more spotting appeared as i dried. The staff was not very sympathetic or apologetic for their error and my car still has the spotting that is 3-5 inches across. More

I have used Team Toyota for over 10 years. I purchased a 4Runner for my wife 11 years ago. In 2007 I bought a Tundra for myself. Dan in the service dept. has become a good friend, and has always treated us with care and respect. We have never had any serious problems with our trucks, and we attribute this to the Toyota Service Dept.'s great care with the maintenance of these vehicles. The bottom line is that I have owned Toyota's for over 25 years and would not consider buying anything else. Toyota is dependable, and that's what counts. More

I was looking for a winter SUV and for my son so after searching for weeks and also price was a issue. I saw add in craig's list and called and spoke to Zak which was helpful on the phone. Milo greeted us as we were walking into the showroom. We were just looking at SUV's and not intending to buy until next year to replace a car whose lease would expire in early March. Not expecting good results we were pleasantly surprised. We left with a new Rav4. Milo (sales), Jake (customer relations), and Amelia (finance), were all very courteous, helpful, and professional. It was a pleasant car purchase. Yes, we get a new set of wiper blades for this testimonial, but all the above is how it happened and how we felt about the experience. I called Milo right away and the car we had picked had come in we made an appointment on Thurs. and we spent a lot of time with Milo and on Friday came back and picked up our new car. Again Milo spent a lot of time with me telling me how everything worked and kept telling me if I have any questions don't heisate to too call him. My husband has a problem with walking and his memory and a couple other salesmen were kind of enough to help me out with him while I doing the paperwork for the car. I have been talking to our daughter about getting a Toyota because of the service and sales dept at Team Toyota.
