Great service in sales and service departments! We worked with Mack on purchasing our 4Runner. Mack was not pushy and definitely listened to our needs. I can not say enough great thinks about him. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything Toyota! The vehicle we were looking to purchase wasn’t in stock so he offered to reach out to other dealerships to find what we were looking for. Luckily for us the exact car we wanted was due to arrive at the dealership a few days later. The team talked with us about payments and made sure we wanted to move forward before running our credit and starting the paperwork. A few days after purchasing our 4Runner we noticed that the door Auto Unlock when being put in park. This is something that worried us since we would be taking our vehicle overseas. I stopped in and talked with the service department. They hooked my car up to a computer to make the change and had me out of there in ten minutes! We are loving our experience with Toyota on 41! More
Disappointed They ran ny credit unnecessarily, they tried to throw in extra warranties and crap that I was NOT interested in AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO GET FRUSTRATED They ran ny credit unnecessarily, they tried to throw in extra warranties and crap that I was NOT interested in AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO GET FRUSTRATED WITH ME BECAUSE I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN THE WARRANTIES, they kept me for HOURS, and upon signing documents, they told me I got a 'free oil change' and essentially had me initial a "prepaid auto maintenance" document that was "included". I'm disgusted and dissapointed with the way they close deals. I won't be back and I'll make sure everyone knows the tricks they try to pull during the sale process. More

The best experience at a dealership! After some troubles with our Jeep we wanted to go back to a Toyota/Scion. We were greeted by Bob on Monday (Aug 11,2014) and he was incredibly welcomi After some troubles with our Jeep we wanted to go back to a Toyota/Scion. We were greeted by Bob on Monday (Aug 11,2014) and he was incredibly welcoming. He gave us every option possible (pre-owned, new and lease). We gave him our budget and he did everything to keep us in it (and he did!). Bob was pleasant, knowledgable, easy to talk to and patient (especially when we were there for a while with a 2 and a half year old.. He helped keep him very happy). This was our first new car experience and I'll be more than happy to see Bob again. Tim was our finance guy and equally as awesome. He noticed we were there for a while and sped the process up. He was incredibly nice and answered all of our questions with ease. He was a pleasure to work with and hope to do more business with him in the future. More
Charged for an estimate I was charged for 2 hours of labor to tell me that I needed a $4000 job to replace a part on my car. Once I got home I realized what just happened. I thought that I was going to get some type of repair to the car for the extra charge. Went in for an oil change. Don't accept extra investigation charges if asked esp. if you come in for an oil change or other maintenance. More
Poor all around experience Very poor experience. This dealer is an hour and a half from my house but I went there because they said they could get the car I wanted in 48 hours. Very poor experience. Upon going up there, they said it would be a week but I went ahead with the paperwork. They day after signing the paperwork, they called and said it would be closer to 3 weeks. The entire time until the car arrived the salesman was hard to get a hold of to check the status of the car. A couple days after picking up the car, white spots started to appear from the leather protection being mis-applied. They would't let me fix it locally to me but I had to go their to have them clean it off. I waited 5 hours while they tried to get it off and they didn't get it all but it was mostly gone so I took it home. They re-applied the protection coating though and then 2 days later more spotting appeared as i dried. The staff was not very sympathetic or apologetic for their error and my car still has the spotting that is 3-5 inches across. More
I have used Team Toyota for over 10 years. I purchased a 4Runner for my wife 11 years ago. In 2007 I bought a Tundra for myself. We have always been pleased with not only our vehicles but the great service too. We always bring our trucks to Toyota for service. I would not trust any "outside" mechanic with our trucks. Dan in the service dept. has become a good friend, and has always treated us with care and respect. We have never had any serious problems with our trucks, and we attribute this to the Toyota Service Dept.'s great care with the maintenance of these vehicles. The bottom line is that I have owned Toyota's for over 25 years and would not consider buying anything else. Toyota is dependable, and that's what counts. More
