On top of that I had a three year old with me who they treated like family. The sales rep Lauren played with him and made time go buy much faster. I would recommended everyone come here!! I purchased the extended warranty from the dealership, and Tina was such a huge help. To be quite honest, I can personally attest to her going above and beyond in my situation making sure I got taken care of. I greatly appreciated that and would recommend their team to anyone. Chris was also a big help in service too, making sure everything got done. The communication is great at this dealership, that's for sure. More

Typical car dealership Jake the salesman was very nice and down to earth. Negotiating for a better deal off the market price was hard. I finally gave up trying therefore I paid too much for a used car. Finance guy was rude after I rejected his additional warranty sales. The deal process started good, the negotiating for a better deal was bad, the financing part was really bad. Finance guys need to understand they are concluding the deal the salesman just put together and leaving a bad taste in the mouth of customers which is unprofessional and uncalled for. More
