Great place and people I have purchased several Toyota’s from Team Toyota, and had them serviced there. I have worked with several sales people and have found Katina Golden I have purchased several Toyota’s from Team Toyota, and had them serviced there. I have worked with several sales people and have found Katina Golden and Devon Powers to be great to work with. Devon was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Hadrian Hammond in finance explained everything to me and was also very friendly and professional. The people in the service area are also respectful and friendly and the work is done very quickly. Over the years, I have dealt with several car dealerships and Team Toyota is by far the best. More

Had an appointment to keep my car up to date on all levels. A synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else but Toyota dealer in Schererville. Thanks to CHRIS KOCOJ, we did not walk out. When we arrived, there was a mandatory SALES meeting in session. The ONLY person who actually helped us during this half-hour wait was Chris Kocoj (t When we arrived, there was a mandatory SALES meeting in session. The ONLY person who actually helped us during this half-hour wait was Chris Kocoj (the SERVICE Adviser)! He quickly found information regarding the 2 used cars we were interested in buying, & immediately brought us to an available salesman when the meeting adjourned. Chris made us feel very important by a "quick visit," making sure that all was going well with the sales process. My Mom & I agree that he is a true loyal team member of this Toyota dealership. Chris is an impressive, diligent worker & has proven that he genuinely cares about customers. Seriously think about promoting this guy ... He's one in a million!
