Thanks to CHRIS KOCOJ, we did not walk out. When we arrived, there was a mandatory SALES meeting in session. The ONLY person who actually helped us during this half-hour wait was Chris Kocoj (t When we arrived, there was a mandatory SALES meeting in session. The ONLY person who actually helped us during this half-hour wait was Chris Kocoj (the SERVICE Adviser)! He quickly found information regarding the 2 used cars we were interested in buying, & immediately brought us to an available salesman when the meeting adjourned. Chris made us feel very important by a "quick visit," making sure that all was going well with the sales process. My Mom & I agree that he is a true loyal team member of this Toyota dealership. Chris is an impressive, diligent worker & has proven that he genuinely cares about customers. Seriously think about promoting this guy ... He's one in a million! If it wasn't for HIM, we would have gone to another dealership. More

Very 😃 pleased terrific customer service Everyone from the sales person To the finance manager was terrific. I was teamed up with Arnie Villar and I’m so grateful that I was. He was absolutely fantastic and he truly listened to my dilemma. I was thinking of going into a used car due to my financial situation and he helped me get into a brand new one instead. Between him and the managers there, I felt like I was meant to go there.
