I am very pleased with a Toyota Sienna that we purchased. Last week we came in there and Big John is the one that we worked with and he was with us for hours and didn't have to leave us to go ask questions o Last week we came in there and Big John is the one that we worked with and he was with us for hours and didn't have to leave us to go ask questions or anything very very polite as a matter of fact if it wasn't for him I don't know if I would have even known that the vehicle that we were interested in head gone down in price . Big John kept in touch with us finding out if there was anything he could do for us, which I thought was very nice since we hadn't purchased the Toyota at that time, he made sure that he kept in touch with us to find out if there was anything else he could do. Then when the price of the Toyota Sienna went down he sent me a message telling me about it. He didn't have to do that he could have tried selling it to somebody else but he knew how much I was interested in it how much I liked it and so he sent me that message. I have never had a car salesman that went to this extent that Big John has gone to. Yesterday morning after I saw his message I tried to send a message back to him asking is it still available and what would be a good time to come in buy it. I never received a message back so my husband and I waited about two hours and decided just to go out there. I thought maybe Big John was busy and couldn't get back with me because any other time I messaged him he was very good at getting right back to me. When we got there I found out he was off but somebody must have received that message because I I didn't tell anybody my name but they asked me are you Sheila. That's what I was told he was off and another salesman said he could take care of it. The salesman we had a very nice person but wasn't as informative as Big John was. Most of the time he had to go ask other people about certain things and that check up a lot of time. What really bothers me is the fact that somebody had to have gotten that message I sent Big John because they knew my name and why couldn't they at least called him and ask him even though you're off there's a customer here that you take care of last week and do you want to come in and finish the sale. Because as we were leaving after purchasing the Toyota Sienna we bumped into Big John I thought you were off today you said well I came in because of a customer that he had talked to before and it's wasn't me, I told him that I had sent a message and then when we got there was told that he was off. If I would have known he would have taken the time away from his day off to finish sale up I would have asked for someone to call him and if you come out there because he was the one that really sold me on that Toyota. I don't know if the sales people their work on commission or not but if they do I really believe Big John is the one that should get that commission for the fact that all we basically did yesterday was coming there to pay for the Toyota Sienna since Big John let me know the price of gone down. If he hadn't done that there would have been no sale. So my review of all of this is the fact that a Salesman that gave us excellent service the week before, wasn't notified that I basically wanted to deal with him again. This may sound like I'm rattling on but I think I'm trying to get through to someone that it kind of upsets me that someone who gave us excellent service was not informed that I sent him a message and since I sent it to him I think someone should have realized that I wanted to deal with Big John. why is it somebody couldn't have sent me a message back saying we'll Big John's not here today. that is what I would have called good customer service The person or people who get the messages that customers send to the salesmen could at least sent a message back to me staying they're not here do you want us to try and get a hold of that person or would anybody else do. I really feel like the business failed in good customer service. Big John was very informative and helpful nice and that's who I really wanted to finish this sale. When I tell people where I got my very beautiful Toyota Sienna at Team Toyota in Schererville China I'll tell them to call first make sure Big John's there and deal with him. if I could I give Big John a rating of 20 Stars. If I ever buy another Toyota I just hope Big John is still there More
