We had a great experience buying a new RAV4 Hybrid 2021 in this location at Team Toyota in Schererville, IN. At first, we met Michael back in March but after that first visit, and came back, we were introd in this location at Team Toyota in Schererville, IN. At first, we met Michael back in March but after that first visit, and came back, we were introduced to Tyler Morgan. We are very comfortable talking to Tyler. He is very professional and was able to give us the car with all the specs and details of what we really wanted. Aside from that, he gave us a FREE crossbar. Since we live an hour away from IN, he even offered to meet halfway when the crossbar was ready! Also, we thought, we will get the license plate later but to our surprised, we received it earlier! Even after our purchased of this car, and I have few questions to him, he quickly came back with his answers that I can really rely on. He even followed up if there is anything he can help with. Other places, after you purchased the car, and have questions few days later, they will not return your calls as quickly as you expect. You will have to wait for few days which is what we hate about. But not with Tyler. He deserves a higher raise because he knows very well how to take care of the customers like us. We will come back to this location again and purchase another car. We had already informed my friends and relatives about how amazing the services in this location. Although we are an hour away from this dealer, it is worth to spend time and talk to him. This place is highly recommended to buy your dream car. Also, I would like to thank Julie Mcbrayer in the Finance team for helping us getting a lower interest rate. We purchased our lease vehicle 3/13, temp plate expired 4/27 and about a week later I reached out to get the status on our registration paperwork with little to no direction. 5/24 the salesperson reached back out via email to request my marriage certificate so I asked if that is what the paperwork hold up is and he said yes. I send the paperwork over and here I am on 6/4 STILL WAITING getting the run around with an expired plate. No additional temp plate, no dealer plate, NOTHING offered to fix THEIR mistake other than the ongoing excuse from every employee we have been in contact with of 'there is a delay from COVID and the process isn't that quick'. It's interesting how the vehicle I purchased from another dealership on 5/15 has already gotten my paperwork in. To top it all off, my husband got pulled over today and a ticket for an expired plate! We have purchased dozens of vehicles from different dealerships and have never dealt with such a careless team. Don't get me wrong, my husband loves his truck, but take your business to one of the other MANY Toyota dealerships in the area that will treat you with empathy and respect when they drop the ball.
