We recently had an appointment for my husband's car to be serviced for routine maintenance. After dropping off his car, the brakes on my van blew out while leaving the parking lot the day before we were taki serviced for routine maintenance. (We were lucky that the brake line blew when and where it did and not while we were on I65!) Chris and Jeremy made the whole process as painless as possible swapping out the vehicles. Chris was extremely patient with my questions and while I figured out how we were paying for the repairs. We've taken our vehicles to other shops before, but when you factor in the attentativeness of the service reps along with the photos and videos they provide with their service reports, we trust the safety of our family to Team Toyota.
