Terrible Service = No Sale. My wife and I went to purchase a vehicle this evening and the sales person, Sarah, gave us 10 to 15 minutes of time, but once she concluded that she My wife and I went to purchase a vehicle this evening and the sales person, Sarah, gave us 10 to 15 minutes of time, but once she concluded that she had a sale we were left to sit for hours for the “finance manager”. As we were waiting, I recalled a couple of hard lessons I have learned over the years about car dealers: 1) If the service at the beginning is terrible, don’t be surprised how bad the service will get later. 2) When you buy a car, you are also buying the dealer. Had an appointment to see a car on Tuesday 3:45 pm which was cancelled 30 min before the time. Excuse: sorry we sold the car last night.
