I want to provide further caution to the public about Team Toyota. First, look at the Team Toyota website and you will not find any employee titled "Finance Manager." Why? Because the "Finance Manager" is car dealer speak for the last, high-pressure sale of extended warranties, rustoleum, leather treatment and the like. Look and you will find other customer reviews of bad experiences with these Team Toyota add-ons. Second, the manager I spoke with last night was Riley Akers who appears to be the son of the General Manager. Clearly he could have provided the sales paperwork when we complained about the wait, but he instead chose to abuse my wife and me. Customers have to rely upon their dealer for service and other issues after the sale, but Team Toyota fails.
