Had the car we looked at and drove sold the next day when I was going back because I had to get some more statement. Was offered a car we didn't like and went in 4 hrs later to pick up all my papers and the I was going back because I had to get some more statement. Was offered a car we didn't like and went in 4 hrs later to pick up all my papers and they had shredded them all. I was shocked my SS award letter, ins, bank statements gone without any notice or call. This was so irresponsible. I got a new car but have to wait until I can replace my paperwork. I hope this hurts there business because they have hurt this 71 yr old lady. I wish I could give them a 0.. More

They deserve a rating. Never Purchase or have ANY SERVICE done by this dealership. Day 27 I still don't have my vehicle.. told it was ready for "Pick up" almost 2 weeks ago Never Purchase or have ANY SERVICE done by this dealership. Not recommend for anyone, been trying to get in touch with service department (me calling and leaving messages) for two days and been waiting for a call back for four days and still nothing.. Service Manager and the GM seem to be out of the office.. the only one there doing their job is the phone receptionist.. should just take my business elsewhere and I would recommend everyone else do the same...
