Their insurance company was not notified until 4 or 5 days after accident and only when I contacted my insurance first. The driver utilized my insurance information on police report and I was told not to worry as their insurance would cover everything. Nope, not the case as my insurance had to pay out and I am out my deductible and down payment. The dealership was the one who totaled my car and I am the one getting penalized. More
