Kind folks I've been doing business at Chevy of Gadsden for several years. The staff here are always kind and helpful. When I make an appointment for service, I've been doing business at Chevy of Gadsden for several years. The staff here are always kind and helpful. When I make an appointment for service, the majority of the time it is completed in about an hour. There were times it did take longer, but always less than 2 hours. The last time (4/6/19) I had my car serviced, the price was much higher for an oil change & service. When asked about the higher price difference, was told "it may be you only used 5 quarts previously and had to use 6 today." I'm shocked that it would cost $10 for 1 quart of oil! I like doing business here, but I live 45 minutes away. Other places charge less for oil change & service and are located much closer to my home. Maybe it's time to change where I get my car serviced. Chris was very polite and helpful. Scott Farris is always polite as well, always taking a moment to speak to me. When I'm looking to trade or purchase, I'll drive back to do business again. More

Also ordered and replaced parts that took 4 days and it is still not fixed which will require another visit for a brand new truck. Extremely disappointed. More
